In the article are investigated the main approaches to formation of the innovative direction in education - smart-educations. By the author are allocated preconditions of creations of smart-society and outsourcing developments of educational courses in Internet environment; the key directions of a paradigm of smart-educations on the example of experience of South Korea; also are revealed advantages, shortcomings and obstacles of development of smart-educations in Russia.
