Opportunities and Alternatives of Russian Innovative Development
The study examines two scenarios of Russian innovative development. The basis of the first one is the reliance on market mechanisms and mechanisms of knowledge diffusion and collaboration. The second one involves largely the integration of business and bureaucracy as a foundation for innovative development. In each scenario, the tasks of innovative development are analyzed and methods of solving of the corresponding problems are considered.
