Issues of ensuring unity in the management of territorial development

Achieving the strategic development priorities of the Russian Federation, including the achievement of the national goals «Sustainable and Dynamic Economy» and «Technological Leadership», is one of the main priorities of the financial policy pursued in the Russian Federation. Planning and implementation of relevant measures within the framework of the current instruments of the Government of the Russian Federation cannot take place in isolation from goalsetting, which includes determining factors for achieving national goals, cross-influence of indicators, a list of key performers and stakeholders. In this regard, the need to form a unified management system for socio-economic development for all public authorities becomes extremely important
