Training innovation project teams involves the use of methods that promote creative thinking, problem-solving skills, collaboration and adaptability.
The work identifies theoretical aspects of the innovative projects training teams’ peculiarities. Across the research put forward hypotheses and conducted a
field study: a survey among startup community representatives, experts and investors interacting with teams of startup projects. As a result of the analysis
of the respondents’ opinions, some of the hypotheses were confirmed, and some were refuted. This made it possible to identify the attitude of the surveyed
groups towards the online format of teams of innovative projects training, as well as to determine the relevance and demand for such training. The work also
presents the characteristics of an online course for innovative projects teams, taking into account which a relevant product will be created in the online
education market.
