Manufacturing and training: guidelines in the new reality

The factors determining economic activity at industrial enterprises in modern conditions of economic turbulence and on the way to a post-economic society are analyzed. The guidelines for balanced staffing of various components of the domestic economy are discussed. The practical aspects of regional industrial policy are considered on the basis of a survey of industrial enterprises in St. Petersburg based on the results of 2022. The assessment of the level of training of graduates of St. Petersburg higher and secondary vocational educational institutions, as well as changes in such an assessment in recent years, has been carried out
