Engineering Center for Digital Environment Technologies for Integrated Security: telecommunications, Communications and Energy Efficiency as a element of the regional innovation ecosystem

The work experience of the Engineering Center for Digital Environment Technologies for Ensuring Integrated Security: Telecommunications, Communications and Energy Efficiency has been analyzed and its role in the innovative regional system has been determined. The directions of using the potential of engineering as one of the key mechanisms for scaling and transferring technologies from the university environment to the real sector of the economy are presented. Proposals are formulated for methodological and organizational support of multi-level cooperation of the university engineering center with companies in the real sector of the region
