Brexit and EU science and technology policy

The article is dedicated to the impact of Brexit on the main directions of transformation of European science and technology policy. It is based on the example of the formation of the EU R&D framework program «Horizon Europe». The effect of Brexit on the financing of the Framework Program and the formation of new principles of participation in the Program for non-EU countries is shown
