New organizational and economic mechanisms scientific research in modern conditions

The article deals with the modernization of the research system during the period of global technological transformation of the commodity market and the upcoming economic crisis associated with the coronavirus pandemic. New measures, mechanisms and instruments for regulating the Russian market of research and development are proposed, which ensure its accelerated transition to the model of «open innovation»
