Technology transfer in Russia and abroad

To shape a complex view on meaning of technology transfer in this article the best-known approaches to ‘technology transfer’ term interpretation are reviewed. Russian and foreign laws and rules are observed. They regulate process of intellectual activity results transfer with purpose of their further commercial or non-commercial using. International models of technology transfer are analyzed. Current condition of transfer centers in Russia and abroad is studied. Particular attention is paid to legal forms of organizations which are working with technology transfer. Based on foreign experience of organization and realization of transfer process authors predict the affectivity of measures on transfer technology development in Russia
