Based on the Agrarian History of Russia (Dated to the release of Book «Peasants, power, science in the agrarian history of Russia» written by V.V. Kazarezov that dedicated to the 80th anniversary of the author)
In the article the author discusses the role of the nation and science in the agrarian economy development in Russia. The author raises the issues of an ownership and economic structures and also considers agricultural reform characteristics, lessons of modern reforming process and issues to manage a social and economic crisis
