Specifics of development of students’ entrepreneurial skills for realization of innovations in the social sphere

The article describes the prerequisites for creation of infrastructure aimed to support development of business in the social sphere. The analysis of sources, statistical and empirical data shows the lack of youth entrepreneurship projects in the social sphere, as well as orientation of t existing business support infrastructure for activities in science and technology. The article substantiates the necessity to create conditions for formation of entrepreneurial competence of young people and preparing them for running their own businesses in the social sphere. Based on the experience of the National Research Tomsk State University, the article describes the activity of the structural unit of the classical university as a new element of university infrastructure, aimed at training entrepreneurs in the social sphere. The proposed technologies for development of students’ social and entrepreneurial competencies are ready for replication in high schools
