Logistical approach to the project of the russian moon base

Possibilities of successful implementation of the project of the Russian moon base in a significant reduction of the financial component of the Federal space program are discussed. From the view of modern logistics analyzes the sources of additional funding based on the use of new technical principles and techniques, the legal actions and organizational acts, implementing PR-related factors
