Three «I»s in the development of the Russian economy: investments, industrialization, innovation
The article discusses the relationship of investment, industrialization and innovation and its impact on the economy. Based on conducted analysis, it was concluded that the Russian economy needs not only modernization, but also industrialisation and only after that - the transition to innovative development. Also analyzed was the factor influencing the ability of the organizations to engage in investment and innovation activity, which is the composition of workforce and qualifications of workers involved in the manufacturing process.
