Reindustrialization transformation of the architecture of national innovation system of Russia
The modern trend of economic development poses the problem of modernization of the Russian economy and its reindustrialization on the base of the latest technological order. Innovative way of development, proclaimed by Russia and implemented in the last decade, has not yet produced the expected results that raises today the question of the necessity to find new ways to improve the effectiveness of the national innovation system (NIS) of the country and its infrastructure support. This article is devoted to the analysis of some aspects of the modern strategy of innovative development, to the approaches of the formation of the concept of NIS and the definition of its structure, as well as the formation and development of innovative environment.
