Landmarks reproduction of intellectual capital in the strategic management of the economy and society
Generators of knowledge economy is a science, educational and industrial-innovative activities, organically related to various sectors, ensuring efficiency, balance and proportionality of its functioning. However, now spectrum assess the impact on these areas of socio-economic development Russia limited that does not adequately define the contribution of science and its achievements in the formation of the new economy. In this context, this paper proposes an approach to the solution of the problem on the basis of a set of analyzed and predicted proportions formed the development of R&D in terms of the knowledge economy. The offered approach can be almost realized by creation of the State Committee for Science and Innovation, the need for which is now proved by a number of national scientists and public figures.
