The article is devoted to the analysis of the key parameters of the entrepreneurial university model and assessment of the correspondence of the Ural Federal University development strategy to the entrepreneurial model as well. Orientation to the market product and transforming the educational and research activity to the business processes are proposed to be considered as the main vector of the entrepreneurial type university management. This aspects are discussed in terms of the coordinate system which includes innovation strategy, funding sources diversification, entrepreneurial type of management on the all levels and the culture of the innovation entrepreneurship.
