Foresight and forecast research and technology activities of the university
Effective development of a university is connected with proper science and technology areas that a university realizes as R&D activities and advanced projects. That is why university needs to provide foresight systems and actual science and technology areas monitoring. Such administrative systems give a means to formulate own research fronts rather than follow external directions (ratings, citations etc.), and provide more effective technology commercialization promoting not only projects and sturtups, but scenario, trends, in which projects and technologies are embedded. The article is dedicated to different foresight systems in universities and practices of ITMO Universities.
