Universal 3D-printer with an open platform

The article discusses devirtualization of education, on the one hand, and the integration ideas of digital fabrication in to modern education - on the other, as well as issues of transition to distributed fabrication, development of engineering education. The authors offer decision as access and widespread introduction in schools of modern digital tools, with a special focus on the additive machines (3Dprinters). Describes the project to build a multifunctional prototyping laboratory with 3D-printer for schools and colledges, performed with the support of promoting FASIE.
