This paper analyzes the trend of employment of most graduate students and undergraduates on real businesses and the need to consider the ways for combining of the full-time students’ education and work. Various educational trajectories, including, with the possibility to use of pro-longed individual plans of master degree students, intended for extension of normative education period. The paper also addresses the issues of training of postgraduates and quality of their theses depending on the applicants’ participation in the real activities in core direction of research institutions and industrial companies during a preparation period of the qualification papers
