The Legal Provision to Reduce the Socio-Economic Impacts of Air Pollution is Expressed in Financial Losses of the Population caused by Environmentally Caused Diseases

The paper presents an analysis of the existing legislative basis in respect of the possibility of compensation to the population of economic damage it incurs as a result of diseases caused by constant air pollution. Further directions of the problem solving for legal provision to reduce the financial losses of the population as a result of environmentally caused diseases are defined.
