Classification of Development Institutions
The article enhances the existing approaches to the analysis of development institutions and organizations and proposes their classification. The research paper assesses system gaps in the understanding of their role and importance. It proposes the principles of development institutions classification. Decomposition is realized down to the level of institutional functions and processes that are fulfilled in the entire «cloud» of organizations. On the basis of the statistics, it is shown that the performance of the development institutions is not obvious on the level of the national economy. As the result this classification is seen as a working tool for assessing the effectiveness of the institutions of the Russian economy.
