In this thesis is defined innovative processes positioning by controlling in the management of an industrial enterprise. The article shows the reasons that could prevent the formation of innovation and its subsequent commercialization.It is created a model for controlling of innovative processes development that have focused on the impact of Research and Development and providing the motivation of innovative activity by effective management in industrial enterprises.
