The Main Internal and External Factors of the Development of Russian Defense Industry
The paper examines the factors that determine the development of the defense-industrial complex of Russia. It is shown that external factors can both stimulate the development of defense and inhibit it. The main internal factors are the level of development of the defense industry and the financial and economic capacity of the state to develop and purchase new weapons.
