Индия: социальная составляющая инновационной политики

В статье рассматривается одна из существенных характеристик современной инновационной политики Индии — сильный акцент на решение социальных проблем страны. Определяются причины потребности в этом, связанные с особенностями состояния индийской экономики в настоящее время и характеристиками социальной структуры общества Индии. Показаны специфические черты экосистемы инноваций страны и инструменты инновационной политики, так же как и свойственный акторам развития инновационных процессов в Индии особый подход к разработке и внедрению инноваций, которые определяются насущной потребностью индийского общества в развитии их социальной составляющей
