The current state of the labor market demonstrates the presence of structural, regional, sectoral and professional imbalances in the interaction of labor
supply and demand. At the same time, as Russian politicians and economists emphasize, in the new conditions of the transformation of the world economy,
Russia has an increasing need to pay special attention to the sovereignization of production and digital technologies, scientific research and implementation
results in accordance with the needs ("order") of economic sectors.
In this regard, the relevance of establishing a link between the labor market, which, in the conditions of modern trends, is even more in demand for the
most qualified and educated labor force, and the higher education system is confirmed. Based on the designated goals and objectives of the development of
effective cooperation between education and the manufacturing sector, this article proposes a general concept of a management system for the interaction
of the labor market and educational services.
