System of performance indicators of the functioning of the production system with variable parameters of the elements
The task of evaluating the feasibility of introducing innovations at an enterprise is formulated as a search for a compromise between the elements of a tuple of goals, including the achievement of a maximum of functional optimality and economic rationality. The general statement of the problem of evaluating the quality of the results of the process of functioning of a purposeful system is considered. A group of partial indicators of the quality of results is presented, on the basis of which an indicator of the effectiveness of the functioning process is proposed. An approach to calculating the probabilistic characteristics of the parameters of the process under study is given
