Leveling of negative factors in the creation and manufacturing of high-tech products in the Union State

The factors of the external environment that influence the functioning of high-tech enterprises of the Union State are identified. It is determined that the main negative impact is exerted by economic factors, such as: lack of own funds, high cost of innovations, lack of financial support from the state, high economic risk and competition in the market, etc. The mechanisms are proposed that will overcome the negative impact of the studied factors, as well as to reduce the time for the development and manufacturing of high-tech products
