Model of the regional impact-higher education institution on the platform of Tver state university
The article presents the author's concept of university integration into the regional environment. The tendencies of modern state policy include the need for a significant transformation of the issues of interaction between universities and regional authorities, enterprises and organizations of localization areas. Creating sustainable relationships in the region is a long and time-consuming process that must satisfy all of its sides. The proposed model of the transformation of Tver State University into a regional center for social development lays the foundation for the advanced development of the university as a source of qualified personnel, promising research and development and transformations of the urban and regional environment in the Tver region
