The role of quality in solving the problems of scientific and technological development of the Russian Federation
The article reveals the quality of a role in solving the problems of scientific and technological development of the country, describes the possible solutions through innovation. The questions of the human factor in the intellectual property (research) and innovation and to improve the quality of its results.
