The development of spatial innovation systems in the form of international technology strategic alliances

The article discussed in detail the development of mechanisms for the internationalization of the innovation process. In particular, the analysis of the mechanisms of technological strategic alliances in spatial innovation systems. In this paper we propose a mechanism of construction and management of technological strategic alliances based on the use of 6G innovation process model concept
