The consequences of the radical economic liberalism and goals of new agricultural economy
In the article the author analyses the consequences of the radical and liberal economic policy in Russian agricultural complex and considers the reasons of the food sovereignty loss and ways out of crisis.The author defines the technological modernization of the agriculture, preventing of the degradation of agricultural lands and social and demographic desertification as the immediate goals.
