Necessity of interaction for innovative and oil sectors in Tomsk region
Oil-and-gas complex is the basis of economics of the Tomsk region. State of already producing fields and the available resource base determine the need for the development and application of innovative technologies. At the same time in the Tomsk region created one of the most developed in the Russia regional scientific and educational complex. Under these conditions, the most important task for the regional socio-economic development is the effective use of scientific and educational sectors for the needs of the production and processing of oil and gas. Necessary to create a close relationships between participants of innovative processes in oil and gas industry. One of the most urgent areas of focus for government, business, innovators is to provide a testing ground for the development of technologies for prospecting, exploration and development of tight oil.
