On Implementing the State Staff Training Plan for Military-Industrial Complex
The article is devoted to assessing the effectiveness of implementing the State staff training Plan for military- industrial complex (MIC) .The authors contradict the official reasons for the low efficiency of the plan and consider the modern situation as the result of lack of competencies of many military-industrial personnel departments.
