The relevance for state support of innovative enterprises in the Russian IT industry
This article provides an overview of the measures used by Russian state to support innovative enterprises in the Russian sector of information technology (IT industry) as well as analysis of their effectiveness and relevance from the point of view of the creators of innovations themselves. Analysis is based on new empirical data from Cluster Information Technology in «Skolkovo» Innovation Center
