Approaches to assessing the adequacy and efficiency of the innovation infrastructure facilities in Russia
The article discusses ways to evaluate sufficiency and efficiency of innovation infrastructure facilities in the regions of Russia. To assess the sufficiency level authors use statistical methods for analyzing the relationship between the level of innovative development and the number of the innovation infrastructure objects in Russian regions. The analysis showed the possibility of determining the relevant number of innovative infrastructure facilities for each level of regional innovative development. In addition, authors propose a number of indicators to assess efficiency of innovation infrastructure. The article applies proposed methodology for observing the functioning of University technoparks in Russia
