Measuring the Contribution of Performers to Research and Development by the Government Programs

The proposed algorithm allows to measure and evaluate the contribution of performers to research and development by the government programs. Preliminary results of approbation of the offered algorithm on the basis of data on results of performance of research works within the Federal Target Program «Research and Development on Priority Directions of Scientific and Technological Complex of Russia for 2007-2013» are given.
