Human Resources Management at the Technical Higher School: a Professional Competence Model of a Teacher

This article continues the cycle of publications devoted to the actual problem of improving the management of human resources for the benefit of society innovative development. A model of teachers’ professional competence at the higher technical school covers seven major groups of competencies: educational competence; professional and pedagogical competence, competence in the field of scientific activities, information competence, competence mobility, general competence, personal competence.
