Цель статьи состоит в анализе применимости концепции 3И (интернационализация, инновации, институты) для объяснения развития конкурентных преимуществ компаний из стран с растущими экономиками. В статье исследуется, как международная и инновационная активность компании, а также ее включенность в сети взаимоотношений с институциональными агентами влияют на результаты деятельности компании. В результате анализа процессов интернационализации китайских компаний, их инновационной активности и специфики китайской институциональной среды (формальных и неформальных институтов) подтверждена значимость эффективного взаимодействия между данными тремя факторами для конкурентоспособности компаний.
