An analysis of the directions for preparing resources to ensure the success of the processes of innovative transformations of enterprises of the militaryindustrial
complex (DIC) is presented. The key elements of the foundation of innovative design are reflected. The features of creating a system for training
highly qualified personnel at an industrial enterprise are noted.
