Apriori assessment of expediency innovations in the field of design complex technical products and the choice of the preferred design option

The current problematic issue of a priori assessment of the feasibility of conducting critical re-search work affecting some aspects of the structural design of complex technical products, as well as, in the case of their reliability, the choice of their preferred option according to economic criteria, is considered. The structuring of a complex managed object, including a fleet of final and component products included in them, as well as the corresponding organizational and economic separations that implement the life cycle stages of this fleet (as a rule, enterprises), is carried out. The requirements for the managing system and the principles of specialized management are formed. The methodological approach to the formation of a system of methods for choosing the preferred variant of the structural design is described and the structure of the model-algorithmic tools is shown.
