The mechanism of interaction between universities, the state, enterprises and society in the conditions of transformation of the innovation ecosystem

Currently, there is an accelerated development of high-tech industries, the introduction of scientific and technical developments into production, the processes of digitalization and integration taking place in the economy, which impose new requirements on science, training and retraining of personnel, and business. The article discusses the features of the formation of mechanisms of interaction between universities, the state, enterprises and society in the conditions of the innovation environment transformation. The key results of the research on the development of scientific and innovative resources of the Russian Federation higher school for the 2016-2021 period are presented
