Innovative educational environment of higher school as the factor of spiritual and moral training of students
The article describes the problems of human resources of the defense industry and defines the priority spiritual and moral values of higher school students. The approach to developing of spiritual and moral values in the system of factors and effects of innovative educational environment is suggested as well. The results of pedagogical experiment, which were conducted among second and third-year students of «Mechanical engineering» course, are presented. The approval of the suggested approach is confirmed its effectiveness in the innovative educational environment
