Science and industry consortiums as an institutional basis of National Technology Initiative development and implementation
The results of institutional reforms of Russian scientificindustrial sector are analyzed and taken as the initial conditions for the development of prospective science, technology and innovation policy aimed at sustainable development of the «real» sector. The National Technology Initiative (NTI) is placed as the core of the policy. A conceptual model of organizational and methodical implementation of NTI is based on the science and industry consortiums development.
