Development of institutional conditions of production innovations
The article deals with the problems, hindering transfer of research results in social practice. There is shown the necessity of the development of the institutional environment of innovation that meets the needs of participants in the innovation process. There is proposed to introduce into the practice of the Institute of Strategic innovation, industry organizations of applied science, planning, implementation of program activities, statistical reporting of process innovations.
