From professional development process to system innovative training of the personnelat the hi-tech enterprise

In article the role of personnel policy of the industrial enterprise JSC «Aviaavtomatika» n. a. V. V. Tarasov» is opened. The main aspects preparation and retraining of personnel, professional development, training of workers in adjacent and new professions are considered. Process of preparation of a personnel reserve is presented, motivational mechanisms of attraction and deduction of experts are designated.
