Concept of state monitoring and safety evaluation of «crew - aircraft -environment» system
The urgency of task solving of monitoring and safety evaluation of«crew - aircraft - environment» system within the limits of the general concept of introduction of management system of flight safety is proved. Main goals for achievement of monitoring purposes are set. Necessity of stage-by- stage performance of organizational and technical monitoring components is proved.
