The paper analyzes the main features of the postindustrial economy and consequent training requirements for engineers with bachelor's position requests the militaryindustrial complex (MIC) and the modern innovative enterprises. We discuss the new scheme of training engineers, bachelors, based on the decrease in the number of training areas while expanding their content, in order to prepare generalists who can freely orient-Hsia in a wide range of scientific and engineering problems and to timely and adequately react to hard and ever-changing market demands. The importance of the system of dark, «object-oriented» approach in the training of engineers, developers of new technology. Considered organizational and methodological issues of the operation of this scheme with the present structure of the university.
