Миссионно ориентированная инновационная политика в отношении возобновляемой энергетики

В статье представлены результаты исследования развития возобновляемой энергетики в целях решения проблем дефицита традиционных источников энергии и антропогенного изменения климата. Показано, со ссылкой на многолетние наблюдения за температурой атмосферного воздуха, что проблема антропогенного изменения климата существует, также многие промышленно развитые страны зависимы от поставок сырья и энергоносителей из-за границы. Распространение возобновляемых источников энергии (ВИЭ) способно решить эти проблемы, для чего правительства проводят миссионно ориентированную инновационную политику (МОИП). В разных странах и регионах — например, в Китае и в Евросоюзе она имеет разный характер: экстенсивный или интенсивный. Автором даны рекомендации относительно возможного проведения МОИП в России, в текущих условиях предпочтительнее опора именно на европейский опыт
