Бизнес–модели в циркулярной экономике

Концепция циркулярной экономики требует разработки и реализации бизнес-моделей, позволяющих использовать как можно меньшее количество ресурсов в течение как можно более длительного периода времени при извлечении максимальной ценности и выгоды. Предприятия и организации, стремящиеся принять модель циркулярной экономики, должны внедрять новые типы бизнес-моделей. Инновации в бизнес-моделях являются важнейшим условием успешной реализации основных идей циркулярной экономики на организационном уровне предприятия, поскольку именно они позволяют вносить изменения в основную логику бизнес-процессов, согласовывать и развивать стимулы различных заинтересованных сторон. Целью настоящей работы является обзор литературы по теме инновации в бизнес-моделях, позволяющих реализовать на практике основные идеи циркулярной экономики. Проанализирована эволюция концепции циркулярных бизнес-моделей. Выявлены основные типы циркулярных бизнес-моделей и способы формирования циркулярных бизнес-моделей в компаниях. Рассмотрены инструменты разработки циркулярных бизнес-моделей. Предложена схема формирования циркулярной бизнес-модели на основе анализа действующей бизнес-модели предприятия
