Модель управления городами: сообщества как ресурс и риск развития города

В статье представлен авторский взгляд на трансформацию систем управления современными городами в общей рамке городского развития, в условиях текущей трансформации подходов (от «правительства» (government) к «управлению» (governance)). Авторами сформулировано видение условий адаптация систем управления городами к новым социально-экономическим реалиям, предложен подход анализа развития городов в логике «чистых моделей» взаимодействия различных участников в системе городского управления. Представлен ряд механизмов реализации принципов соуправления в городе, включения различных сообществ горожан и прочих участников широкого городского ландшафта в городскую повестку, что, по мнению авторов, является важнейшим фактором на пути устойчивого развития современных городов
